Rate Details
- 2 night minimum except for the Winter season
- Pricing based upon payment with cash, check or Venmo with an additional $500 refundable security deposit
- No security deposit required if paying with a credit card, however, pricing will be 3.5% higher
- $350 cleaning fee and 10% hotel tax added to all rentals
- 50% due at time of booking, 50% plus deposit due 60 days before arrival date
- Cancellations with a refund can be made prior to 60 days before the day of arrival less a $500 processing fee
- Any processing fee as well as any other funds witheld due to a cancellation will be totally refunded if the property rebooks at the same rate on the contracted dates
